The new compact heat and cooling meter Superstatic 449 from Sontex is the consistent further development who apply the successfully fluid oscillation principle which established itself in the recent years more and more, and offers exceptional measurement accuracy and measurement stability.
The Superstatic 449 is based, like the proved Superstatic 440, on the static measurement principle of the fluid oscillation. All these advantages and features are embedded in a new compact form for low flow from qp 0,6 - 2,5 m³/h.
The fluid oscillation flow meter Superstatic 449 is available with a spittable multifunctional integrator, himself completed with a large variety of communication modules and allows a large field of applications and an easy integration into district heating or building management system.
The Superstatic 449 meets the requirements of the European Measuring Instruments Directive MID 2004/22/EC and EN 1434 class 2.

Measurement principle with economic advantages.
Static heat meters bring cost reduction.
Start-up and regular maintenance in the context of the legally prescribed calibration obligation are now also with static heat meters problem-free, economically and efficiently feasible. With a few turns of a screwdriver only the measuring head is exchanged locally.
By the use of the static alternative Superstatic the costs of the disassembly and assembly of the recalibration are drastically reduced, because in the context of the legally prescribed verification obligation only the measuring head must be exchanged. The exchange is simply and fast, since the laborious interferences into the tubing system are no longer necessary. The use of high-quality - corrosion resistant materials ensures the measuring stability and working reliability during several calibration periods. In the German district heating association AGFW-Wärmezähler Prüfprogramm IV the static heat meters with nominal flows Qn 1.0m³/h and Qn 3.5 m³/h was scored with the best grade of 5 stars.
The installation lengths correspond to the EN1434-2; therefore ultrasonic -, single jet - multi-jet, Woltman WP and - WS heat meter can be easily exchanged.
